Payment Options
We accept cash, check, money order or Zelle.
Last Minute Cancellation
Please be courteous to other students. If you want to change or cancel your driving training schedule, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we can allocate the time to another students. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your schedule, you will be charged a Last Minute Cancellation Fee of $70. Note: If you are not showing up during driving instructor’s visit. No Show Fee is $100.
Bounce Check
Any bounced check will be charged $40 and no further check accepted thereafter.
Certificate Duplication
We can re-issue your lost driving training certificate with a fee of $25.
Verification Letters
We can issue a verification letter upon request with a fee of $25.
Rain/ Storm
We make every effort to run all driving lessons that you may have scheduled whether rain or shine. Please show up or you will be considered a No Show. In the case that we cancel your driving lesson, you will be rescheduled. No refunds will be granted.
Refund
We have a No-Refund and Not-transferable Policy. We do not refund package prepayment or Enrollment fee due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Parent’s or Guardian’s Permission
If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to register for our services. In consideration of your use of our services, you represent yourself that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission and also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as registered online, by phone, or in person.
Certificate Delivery
Unless otherwise requested by the student, completion certificates are mailed via regular First Class Mail through the USPS. Delivery time is estimated 1-3 days but not guaranteed. Express and tracking delivery options are available for an additional fee. Students are given the option to choose the shipping method before taking the final exam and by calling us at (916) 479-9001.
Note: All shipments are sent with “no signature required” from California, 95817. Rates are based on addresses within the continental US.
First Class Mail (USPS) $ Free

First Class Mail With Delivery Confirmation (USPS) $7.00
Delivery time is estimated 1-3 days but not guaranteed. However, this option allows you to track your certificate’s delivery.
